ABOUT
Esty Environmental Partners is a management consultancy founded on twenty years of Yale Professor Dan Esty’s work as one of the world’s leading corporate environmental strategy thinkers and advisors. Esty Environmental Partners seeks to help clients develop and implement environmental strategies that provide business advantage.
Esty Environmental Partners is based on Dan’s research and perspective that environmental challenges create a continually evolving opportunity for companies to innovate and lead. The company works at the leading edge of environmental affairs management with companies including Nokia, NetJets, HanesBrands, and Harrah’s Entertainment. EEP continually refines its best-practice frameworks through our work with these and other clients and through ongoing academic research. This approach, which combines practical experience and academic rigor, enables EEP to provide strategic insight that helps clients to reduce risks and costs, build brand equity, and create sustainable value.
Dan, along with George Favaloro, a former McKinsey consultant and corporate executive, founded EEP in 2006. Amy Longsworth, a former Vice President at The Nature Conservancy, joined EEP as a Partner in 2007, to form a Partner team with extensive experience in environmental strategy, business management, marketing, and communications. In addition, EEP’s staff includes professionals in four offices (Boston, Washington D.C., New York City, and New Haven) with extensive training and experience at the intersection of corporate strategy, environmental science, and public policy.
Esty Environmental Partners applies this set of frameworks, along with insights and other tools, to real practice, helping companies achieve environmental and economic results from their environmental sustainability initiatives. More information
