ENVIRONMENTAL STRATEGY MANAGING CONSULTANT


We are looking for hard-working managing consultants to join our Waltham, MA, New York, NY, or Washington, DC offices. Good prospective candidates will have a deep interest in the environment/ business interface, strong understanding of the consulting process, and world class organizational, project and client management, problem solving and analytical skills. Working under the direction of the firm’s partners, our managing consultants lead client project teams and are responsible for structuring and delivering high-impact environmental strategy consulting services.

QUALIFICATIONS
1. Five plus years work experience as a strategy or marketing consultant at a top-tier management consulting firm.

2. Undergraduate degree and MBA or similar graduate-level management degree from top-tier schools, strong academic record.

3. Strong interest in corporate environmental strategy and management, environmental management work experience or training a strong plus.

4. Ability to rapidly gather information and structure, execute, and present persuasive analyses. Quantitative analysis skills, including the ability to use Excel. Experience developing and executing primary consumer research a plus.

5. Very strong organizational skills, project management skills, and proactive, self-motivated follow-through. Ability to manage a team of reports, peers, and client staff to complete a project.

6. Outstanding relationship-building skills, ability to interface with clients at an executive level, ability to interview client subject matter experts to obtain insight while enhancing the consulting relationship.

7. Great oral and written communication skills; mastery of PowerPoint, Word, and other communications programs.
